Voyah Passion（ZhuiGuang）EV Luxury Sedan

On April 18, the 2023 Shanghai Auto Show was successfully held. At the scene of this auto show, Voyah Passion（ZhuiGuang）, a subsidiary of Voyah Motors, ushered in the market. A total of 3 models are launched, with a price range of 322,900 to 432,900 CNY. As Voyah‘s first sedan, it is positioned as a medium-to-large luxury electric sedan. In terms of appearance, the new car continues the family design language, which is officially called “Heaven and Earth Kunpeng”. The front grille part connects the headlights on both sides to form a penetrating design, which widens the visual width of the entire front of the car. The front surround adopts a fang-style design style, which further enhances the sporty attributes of the front of the car. In terms of body color, the new car offers four colors: Duruo White, Sunlight Orange, Yunguang Blue, and Glaze Gold.

The side of the body adopts a streamlined design as a whole. The front and rear fenders are slightly wider than the body. The bottom of the door is decorated with chrome-plated lines. The hidden door handles and low drag rims make the drag coefficient of the car as low as 0.225Cd. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5088/1970/1505mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3000mm.

At the rear of the car, the new car adopts a through-type LED taillight group design, and the arrangement and combination of the internal light sources are highly recognizable after being lit. The electric lift spoiler makes the new car more sporty. In addition, the whole car is equipped with 31 high-performance sensors, 12 cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars and 2 high-precision positioning units.

In terms of interior, the technological configuration adopts a joint screen design composed of three 12.3-inch screens, and a variety of third-party apps are built in. And it supports gesture control, four-zone voice system, face recognition and voiceprint recognition. In addition, it is also equipped with a 60-inch AR-HUD head-up display.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system. The maximum power of the front motor is 160kW, the maximum power of the rear motor is 215kW, the total system power is 375kW, and the maximum torque is 730 Nm.

In terms of product selling point configuration, standard dual motors, 8155 chip, AR-HUD, speed-controlled electric rear spoiler, seat ventilation and heating, and Dynaudio audio are not many products of the same level. As a centralized SOA electronic and electrical architecture model, Voyah Passion（ZhuiGuang）is more likely to be OTA upgrades in the future. It can quickly iteratively upgrade the driving control domain, cockpit domain, software control, etc., and software engineering development is also easier.

In addition, as a Chinese-style luxury Sedan car, Lantu’s exterior and interior design incorporates Chinese-style aesthetics, inspired by the Kunpeng in “Zhuangzi·Xiaoyaoyou”.

There is another detail worth mentioning, the earliest Passion（ZhuiGuang） did not have a black version. However, Voyah later listened to users’ opinions and considered Voyah’s needs for business use, and launched the “Xuanying Black” car color at the Shanghai Auto Show.
