HiPhi Y EV Luxury SUV

On the evening of July 15th, HiPhi's third new model - HiPhi Y was officially launched. The new car launched a total of four configuration models, three types of cruising range are optional, and the guide price range is 339,000 to 449,000 CNY. The new car is positioned as a medium-to-large pure electric SUV, and continues to be equipped with the second-generation NT smart wing door, which still highlights the characteristics of being extremely technologically futuristic.

The appearance of the new car looks more like a smaller HiPhi X at first glance. The entire front part still continues the family design features, simple and smooth, and full in shape. There are still special-shaped light panels on both sides of the penetrating LED light group, which can show a variety of light language effects. The lower trapezoidal grille also incorporates straight waterfall line decoration, which does not look monotonous.

The sides of the body are sharp and angular, and the shape is square. At first glance, there is no obvious design point, but surprises are everywhere in the details. The suspended roof shape, hidden door handles and frameless doors are all standard configurations of the whole series. The rear door adopts the design of the second-generation NT intelligent wing door, which still has a high degree of recognition. No matter where it is opened, it will turn heads. The bright black wheel eyebrows are paired with brand-new 21-inch low-drag wheels, which is very mechanical.

The rear of the HiPhi Y is relatively simple, with a Y-shaped through-type taillight design and a large-sized diffuser decoration below, the overall sense of hierarchy is very prominent. The body size is 4938/1958/1658mm in length, width and height respectively, and the wheelbase is 2950mm, which is a circle smaller than HiPhi X.

At first glance, the interior of the new car looks more concise than the previous two models, without too many fancy decorations, but in terms of technological atmosphere, it is also at an absolutely outstanding level among the current new energy vehicles. The first is the shape of the double-spoke steering wheel, the double-color matching, the touch panel and the decoration are all very individual. The front is equipped with a full LCD instrument panel and HUD head-up display.

The 17-inch OLED vertical screen in the central control area has no need to worry about functionality or fluency performance, and the daily operation experience is also very convenient. The co-pilot also has a 15-inch entertainment screen to meet the needs of other passengers. In addition, the car is also equipped with British treasure audio, mobile phone wireless charging and other configurations.

This time the car adopts a large five-seater space layout, and the rear space is very spacious. The whole series is made of leather seats, and both the main and co-pilot seats support electric adjustment, seat heating, ventilation and massage functions. The second row of seats supports backrest angle adjustment and has a heating function. The top model also has a small table in the rear.

In terms of power, HiPhi Y provides options for rear-mounted single-motor and dual-motor four-wheel drive versions. The rear-mounted single-motor model has a maximum power of 247kW and a peak torque of 410 Nm. The dual-motor four-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 371kW, a peak torque of 210 Nm at the front/410 Nm at the rear, and an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 4.7 seconds. There are two kinds of battery capacity, 76.6kWh and 115kWh, and the cruising range is 560km, 765km and 810km respectively. The key new car is also equipped with rear-wheel steering as standard, which is indeed very practical.
